Highland House Assisted Living is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance/Handyman to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-kept environment for our residents and staff. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you!

🛠️ Responsibilities:

✔ Perform routine maintenance and repairs
✔ Address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry needs
✔ Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks
✔ Maintain building systems and equipment
✔ Ensure grounds and common areas remain clean and safe
✔ Respond promptly to maintenance requests
✔ Assist with room setup, painting, and minor renovations

✅ Qualifications:

✔ Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
✔ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
✔ Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
✔ Valid driver’s license preferred
